Site copy and examples describe implemented product capabilities and working practices. They are provided for context, not as a promise of a specific result or timeline.

Project conversations

Sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve capacity, or accept a proposal. Scope, fees, support, and any delivery commitments are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Custom code and project IP

Clients own the custom code and project intellectual property created specifically for their engagement, as set out in the written engagement agreement. Pre-existing Reordo materials and third-party licensed components remain subject to their existing ownership and licence terms; this wording does not transfer rights those terms do not permit us to transfer.

Confidentiality and NDAs

Reordo signs NDAs when required. Confidentiality duties, permitted disclosures, and any exceptions are handled in the applicable written agreement before work begins.

Case-study limits

Case studies use verified, redacted, or synthetic presentation details. They do not grant permission to reuse private customer information or imply endorsements.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit automated spam, or send data you are not allowed to share. The inquiry form has spam controls and may reject malformed or abusive requests.
